So that minor faults at customers across Anatolia can be handled remotely, our PLC software displays where the fault lies and which switch has tripped. The remedy can be found in our operating manual or explained by telephone.
On spare parts we insist on original components: Italian Rossi gear motors on Encomat machines, German SEW on Salerno, and Telemecanique electrics. A cheap contactor or relay saves money up front, but a machine standing idle for a day costs the site as much as the panel itself.
