Frequently Asked Questions
We have collected the questions we hear most.
What are your sales and rental options?
We offer eleven arrangements for mast climbing platforms: domestic and international rental (paid in Türkiye for use on your sites abroad); sale with a rental guarantee; project-based rental; rent-with-purchase-option (rent first and, if satisfied within two months, buy with the rent paid deducted); mast rental; proforma sale of new and used units; domestic and export sale; sale of used platforms (Encomat, Salerno, Piat, and other brands on proforma sales); sale with a buy-back guarantee; leasing; and sale of masts and platform deck sections.
How does project-based rental work?
We contract on the project as a whole rather than by the square metre: at heights of 75 m and above, rental is agreed as a fixed total including relocation. Request a quotation for pricing specific to your project and for other heights.
How do the buy-back guarantee and leasing work?
If your project changes, we buy back the machine we sold you at around 50% of its value, depending on how long it has been in use. For leasing, we provide the leasing company with a buy-back guarantee and, by counter-guarantee against our own limit, help establish a credit line for your company. Rates and terms are set by market conditions at the date of contract.
How does the platform affect labour cost?
Because operatives can bring the deck to an ergonomic knee-to-shoulder height at the touch of a button, they work more comfortably and produce more — and what matters to them is how many square metres they complete in a day. Erection and dismantling are also faster and cheaper than scaffolding: a 30 × 50 m platform goes up in two days and comes down in one. Request a quotation for a cost comparison specific to your project.
How does the platform change site planning?
Because scaffolding takes time to erect and strike, all four faces of a building must be covered when time is critical. With platforms the building can be worked in an L or U arrangement, moving to the next face within three days of finishing one — so less capital is tied up. On occupied buildings the platform parks at the top floor, so no separate overnight security is needed. A platform with cantilever extensions occupies only width × height, whereas tube scaffolding — whose standards cannot be shorter than 2.5 m — requires 15–20% more material on moving facades.
Why does periodic maintenance matter so much?
Across the market, periodic maintenance is usually carried out without reference to standards such as ISO 9926 — and often not at all. Under construction-site conditions, and given the known variability in operator competence, the importance of this is obvious. Whether critical parts such as the safety brake carry their own CE certification frequently goes unquestioned. We carry out all maintenance and production in our own facility.
Do you provide engineering support for irregular buildings?
Yes. Our engineering experience is available for circular, outward-leaning and irregularly shaped buildings, and for restoration work. Mast size and weight, bracing arrangement and material thicknesses are determined and documented through detailed drawings and calculations.
Do you sell used equipment?
Yes. We sell used platforms — Encomat, Salerno, Piat, and other brands on proforma sales — as well as new and used masts and platform deck sections. Contact us for current availability.
